I have a 1.9v 2moons game and i have a problem with attack mission. When i click on fleet -> i choose e.g 500 Heavy Fighter -> destination 1:1:7 ( enemy planet ) -> continue -> and i have only 2 missions to choose, transport or transfer. Noob protection in admin config is disabled. Both of us are more than 1 week in game and we have more than 400k points. How attack system works in 2moons ? I must be in war with that player or what must i do to attack him ? I know that this problem is maybe simple but i don't know how to fix it.
