Hello, please provide a little more information on which version are you using? 2moons 1.8 or 2.0 or newstar 2.8 or other. If you can, please post screenshots and check the error.log. Try updating your points manually to see if it fixes the problem.

Do you have any alliances to create? Update them manually in the admin panel and see what happens.
