Owner removed please help

My owner rank or operator whatever got removed idk why. I try giving myself in SQL authlevel 4 but I still don't have perms it says. How do I give myself all perms back?

auth is lvl3

the default maximum authlevel is 3. go higher is useless

Wait this happened again. In the admin panel it only shows 2 permissions "Admin Log" and "Manual Points" I gave my self auth level 3 but still problem like this.

Hm. It just randomly gave it back... It's fixed.
