      A player sends an empty fleet, but the descending mine is too high.
      How can he make this mistake?

      Your fleets have reached the planet [X: XXX: XX] and are being transferred to 0 Metal, 0 Crystal and 20.739.030.142.548 Deuterium.

      Ex 3 000 000 000 000 conso = 1 500 000 000 000 deut recover in the hold
