    hello my master 2moons 1.8 for the harvest mod you have the possibility to give the forum you have taken the code but somehow we could not run

    • Qwa -

      I did not understand. The code I did myself.

      Can you describe your error? If you want, PM me and I can install for you via TV or Skype.

  • Russoll -

    great thank you so much

  • Russoll -

    could it used for registering also

    • Qwa -

      Yes it can, you have to adjust the select and js i sent to you and change the form id, otherwise js will return as error

  • Russoll -

  • Russoll -

  • Russoll -

  • Russoll -

    and if i loginto the other server after loging into the others the address looks like this
    darkhorizons.ca/uni1/uni2/uni1/1b/index.php

    • Qwa -

      Change ShowIndexPage.php from login folder to redirect to the main page and your logout issue is solved.

  • Russoll -

    sorry i was mauy thai and couldnt talk.......when i put your code it works but when i logout i get this (darkhorizons.ca/uni1/uni2/game.php) and i can only log into un1 as (darkhorizons.ca/uni1/uni2/game.php?page=overview)

  • Russoll -

    so this is whats happens after it works the fault is this

    <option value="uni1/index.php?page=login">1 Universe</option>
    <option value="uni1/1b/index.php?page=login">ceribus</option>
    </select>

    • Qwa -

      You added the js?

      <script type="text/javascript">
      document.getElementById('login').universe.onchange = function() {
      var newaction = this.value;
      document.getElementById('login').action = newaction;
      };
      </script>

  • Russoll -

    i tried to do what you said but it only let me go into uni1

  • Russoll -

    <div class="form-group">
    <label for="universe">{$LNG.universe}</label>
    <select name="uni" id="universe" class="form-control changeAction">{html_options options=$universeSelect selected=$UNI}</select>
    </div>
    <input placeholder="E-mail" required="" class="top_main_itext" name="email" value="" type="text">
    <input placeholder="password" class="top_main_itext" required="" name="password" value="" type="password">
    <input class="top_main_button_mini" value="Login" type="submit">

    </ul>

    </form>

  • Russoll -

    thank you

  • Russoll -

    thanks...it more like option 2...right now i have a multiuniverse but its uni1-2 i wanted to use different databases just not sure how

    • Qwa -

      1. You can backup uni2, create new db and set as uni1

      2. change config file (be aware you can only be logged at uni by time, due to same salt. this can be solved if you remove salt from crypt password to run universal blowfish, and change the salt to something else like uni2 for cache. same salts = one instance at time

      3. install 2 2moons instances on subdomains or in folders

      4. Use this in your login tpl:

      <form id="login" name="login" action="uni1/index.php?page=login" method="post">

      <select name="universe">
      <option value="uni1/index.php?page=login">1 Universe</option>
      <option value="uni2/index.php?page=login">2 Universe</option>
      </select>

      ....

      </form>

      <script type="text/javascript">
      document.getElementById('login').universe.onchange = function() {
      var newaction = this.value;
      document.getElementById('login').action = newaction;
      };
      </script>

  • Russoll -

    hey i was wondering if you give me a pointer.. i have different databases and i want to use multiple and not the same.. hoe do i point to different databases with reg, and login?...thanks

    • Qwa -

      Hello, clarify me one thing:

      1. You want to merge both databases
      2. You want to use them separately like different universes

      For option 1, you have to be aware of duplicated galaxies, systems etc, which the best solution would be, on different databases, you do uniX_planets.galaxy = uniX_planets.galaxy + uniY_planets.galaxy. On the ID's you could make a loop on SQL to add after auto_increment, or just sum a high value such 10000 to the id's from the second database.

      For option 2, it's all about using a custom form to login on 1st or n universe.
