He says that he does not find the id 22. look in the lang files as well as in the vars which is in the database

Check on uni1_vars if exists on elementID column the element 22 or in TECH.php

There is 22 in uni1_vars. I can't find tech.php though.
EDIT: Now uni1_vars is empty

With uni1_vars empty, your PlanetRessUpdate will never work, since the default production parameters are non-existent

If you can't find on TECH.php you have your problem solved.

Just need to do this

22 => 'Metal Storage',
